Guestologist founder Max Devoldere, born in Belgium, has almost 30 years of expertise and knowledge in the Hospitality and Retail industries, including 7 years as General Manager of business units in international and multicultural environments. A true problem-solver, he has enjoyed a successful international career.
Together with his partners, he enjoys the challenge of correctly diagnosing and finding appropriate solutions to all kinds of problems, be they operational, conceptual, strategic, simple or complex. He developed the set of skills that enabled him to become Vice President CX of a major global hotel group whose portfolio spanned Africa and the Indian Ocean.
